I’ve been talking about a party bus for a while and it is quickly approaching! Fall is one of the greatest season’s here in West Michigan so we’d like to take advantage!
Saturday, October 29th a group full of young professionals and entrepreneur’s will meet for appetizers at Sydney’s Boutique (1258 Madison SE) and then head out together onto a luxurious party bus for an out of town night of fun. While on the bus networking is encouraged as each party goer receives a take away bag full of treats and business cards from each person along for the ride. Beverages will also be provided during the ride. Once we arrive to our out of town destination we will visit two spots. The first place is a jazz club where you can meet other professionals and have fun before we head to one of Lansing’s hottest clubs for VIP treatment. Special prizes will be given throughout the night to compliment an evening full of connections and fun.
I can’t wait to enjoy this fun night. Ticket cost is $50 which includes food, drinks for the night, transportation, club and VIP entry, and take away gifts.

Today I had the very cool opportunity of stopping by the Shelley Irwin Morning Show to talk about the non-profit I am active with R.E.A.A.L. ( www.reaal-talk.blogspot.com or www.dreamthinkdo.org ) for their Your Biz, Your Town segment.
I will say I had a blast, Shelley is has always been hilarious anytime I’ve seen her as a host and Kim Bode who actually invited me to the show is an angel!
I was pleased to meet the other great guests for today’s segment the Grand Rapids African American Health Institute and everyone’s favorite Kids Food Basket. If you are looking for a way to stay connected and find out about the happenings here I would definitely say tuned into 88.5 fm for this show! I learned all about the upcoming Rhythm Run and all the ArtPrize events happening to raise funds for Kids Food Basket!
Here’s a link to the wrap up that Kim wrote for today’s show: http://834design.com/2011/09/23/kids-artprize-getting-reaal-and-finding-the-rhythm/
